When is onboarding complete?
Your onboarding is recorded as complete when all of the following are done:
- All learning content in Modules 1–5 viewed.
- All module checks passed, including the Mandatory Compliance Check.
- Final Assessment passed with at least 80%.
- On-the-Job Observation Checklist graded Competent by your Store Supervisor.
On completion you receive the Retail Onboarding Completion badge and the linked competencies are recorded in your learning plan.
What comes next
- Customer Service Excellence — builds on Module 3.
- POS & Cash Handling Fundamentals — required before working a till unsupervised.
- Retail Safety & Loss Prevention and Cybersecurity Awareness — annual compliance refreshers.
