Welcome to your onboarding
This programme prepares you for your first 30 days as a store employee at Ono Retail. Complete the modules in order. Each module takes 20–40 minutes.
Your onboarding path

| Day 1–2 | Module 1 Welcome to Ono Retail, Module 2 Working in Retail |
| Week 1 | Module 3 Customer Experience Fundamentals, Module 4 Store Operations |
| Week 2 | Module 5 Safety & Compliance (mandatory), Module 6 Final Assessment |
| Week 3–4 | Module 7 On-the-job observation with your Store Supervisor |
To complete onboarding you must
- View all core learning content in Modules 1–5.
- Pass each module knowledge check.
- Pass the Final Assessment with at least 80%.
- Have your on-the-job observation signed off by your supervisor.
