      Completed by your Store Supervisor during a normal trading shift in weeks 3–4. You do not upload anything. Your supervisor observes you on the shop floor, records the result here and gives you feedback.

      You are assessed as Competent when all five items are observed to standard:

      1. Customer greeting — greets customers within 60 seconds and applies the GREAT standard.
      2. Store procedures — follows start-of-shift, replenishment and handover routines without prompting.
      3. POS awareness — logs in with own ID, scans every item, requests authorisation for voids and overrides.
      4. Safety awareness — keeps aisles clear, handles spills and manual handling correctly.
      5. Professional conduct — punctual, in uniform, respectful to customers and colleagues.

      For supervisors: grade as Competent or Not yet competent and note the observed evidence for each item in the feedback comments. If not yet competent, agree a re-observation date.
